“Tandoori Bread Baking Festival” at Kenan Yavuz Ethnography Museum

“Tandoori Bread Baking Festival” was held at Kenan Yavuz Ethnography Museum in Beşpınar village of Demirözü district of Bayburt, which attracted great interest from local and foreign tourists. Bread, baked in tandoori, which has been used in the region for centuries, was served to the guests, together with butter and cheese.
Kenan Yavuz, a business person who transformed his house in Bayburt’s Beşpınar village into a museum, made a statement after the event and Kenan Yavuz Ethnography Museum takes you from the past to the future. We want to divide Bayburt’s bread that comes to Bayburt, eat his food, sing Bayburt’s folk song, smell Bayburt’s air, play Bayburt bars, thank you very much to all participants with these feelings and thoughts.
